Delete your account and data

Last updated: 15 July 2026

This page explains how to delete your Vital Tracker Care account and the data associated with it, what is removed, and what (if anything) is kept.

1. Delete the data on your phone

Your health records live on your device and do not require an account. To remove them:

2. Delete your cloud account and backup

This applies only if you signed in (with Google, Apple or an email link) to back up your data or to remove ads. If you never signed in, you have no account and step 1 is all you need.

In the app — takes a few seconds. Open the app and go to Settings, scroll to your account at the bottom, and tap Delete account. Confirm, and your account and its cloud backup are deleted straight away — no waiting for us.

Or ask us to do it. If you have uninstalled the app, are on an older version, or cannot sign in, email us instead:

What gets deleted

What may be kept, and for how long

KeptWhyHow long
Records still on your device You control these directly Until you clear data in the app or uninstall it (step 1)
Purchase and transaction records held by Google Play Google is the seller of record; we cannot delete Google's billing data Per Google Play's policies and applicable tax/accounting law
Minimal records we are legally required to retain (e.g. for accounting or fraud prevention) Legal obligation Only for the period the law requires, then deleted
Cancelling a subscription is separate. Deleting your account does not automatically stop Google Play billing. If you have a “remove ads” subscription, cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions to prevent future charges.
